What our customers are saying about us.
The Serene Boutique Elephant Care half-day tour, including lunch, was beautiful. There are only 11 elephants and they are free to roam the natural forest. We walked with two of these majestic animals, fed them and bathed them. Our guide Andy was excellent and you could sense the genuine care for the elephants. Our lunch was freshly made and delicious. Highly recommend a visit to this ethical conservation project.
Dew our guide spoke great English and made Our full day tour was very special, informative and easy going. This is a hands on day starting with making their medicine balls and cutting down a small banana plant to feed to them. Beautiful to experience feeding them and learning about the animals former lives. Taking one of the old Girls down to the stream and throwing water over her on this 36 Degree day was so rewarding and a welcome cooler for her. It is obvious the elephants here are genuinely happy and loved at this beautiful park. After lunch break 1 hour, we went across the road to feed more of their herd and to see the star of the day - their special little baby 🐘. No close contact allowed here to protect him. The day finished with more elephants taking a bath in their lake, you could join them if you wanted but we decided not to. It was a wonderful day and will be cherished forever.
Seamless from contacting and booking the Rescue Park before we arrived to on the day - so happy we booked with this Rescue Park. We were collected from our hotel by our fantastic guide, Andy Fried Chicken and his excellent driver (sorry can't recall his name). It was a scenic journey there, around 90 minutes but the time passed really quickly - lots of scenery to see and Andy chatted all throughout telling us about the Rescue Park, Thailand in general and the different places we drove through so the time passed really quickly. On arrival, we changed into the uniform and went to meet the elephants and feed them. It was a real privilege to be able to observe the elephants in their natural habitat in the hills before going for a long walk alongside 3 of them with Andy and the mahouts and then we helped bathe them in the river. The elephants, who had been very badly treated before arriving at the Rescue Park, seemed very relaxed during our visit and you could see the rapport and bond they had with their mahouts. Fabulous lunch afterwards prepared by Andy before being taken back to our hotel. It really was the most incredible and memorable experience for all of us.
